Individual selects a job or role to focus on. Eg. Leadership, Management, Emotional Quotient, work/life balance 
2. Take Assessment
The Attribute Index assessment measures individual abilities in 80 different skills.
3. View Results in Report
A customized report identifies the individual's strongest and weakest skills in the selected Job or Role, and shows their traits compare to the most successful professionals in that Job or Role.
4. Build Support Team
The individual invites others to provide skill feedback based on personal choice or organization policy.
5. 360° Feedback
The individual sees the support team's consensus on present skill levels as compared to a self-evaluation and the assessment results.
6. Goal Setting
Goal Setting allows the individual to focus on a desired outcome from the InnerTalent Coaching System in the context of a job or role.
7. Deepen Awareness
The 360° Personal relevance exercises around skills targeted for development helps generate the motivation to change and improve.
