1st Workshop - 3 Days – Shift the Observer.  9-11 July 2010

In our experience a coach cannot take a person beyond where the coach currently finds him or herself. It is with this in mind that the introductory workshop is designed to not only set the platform for the coaching programme but more importantly to shift you, The Observer to new levels of awareness and insight. The coach can coach more powerfully when he/she has been through the process in a real and meaningful way.

2nd Workshop - ½ Day - Learning in Action 30 October 2010

This workshop grounds the correspondence learning of the previous four months and provides a practical application of ontological learning in action for individuals, teams and organisations. Each participant will explore all aspects of learning and how to implement it.
