Organisational Development

In today’s economy the strength of any business is no longer only based on hard assets and market capitalisation, the strength of the modern business also resides in its non tangible assets. A recent study showed that in the 1960s there was a 95% direct correlation between a company's balance sheet and their market captilisation while today there is only a 28% correlation. What is driving the difference? An organisation's people, its brand, vision, mission, values and its culture are now paramount to its value and strength in the modern market.

When looking at a business from an ontological perspective we propose that Business Outcomes (Profits) are fundamentally based on the effectiveness of production, which is shaped by the levels of commitment, that in turn is ultimately driven by the quality of the conversations and the relationships these conversations are founded on.

By shifting organisations at this fundamental level through improving the quality of relationships and conversations, we impact the organisation's bottom line and therefore its growth and sustainability. The SOAR Institute, its coaches and facilitators, and its methodologies and processors are designed to bring about rapid and focused change at every level within an organisation.
