The way in which we inhabit or move in the world is rooted in how we perceive or observe, our environment and ourselves. How we perceive is based on our current or most consistent state. The coherence of our language, emotions and body, collectively create what we refer to as state. Your life is a product of your most consistently held state and until your state shifts, nothing really changes in a sustainable way.
By noticing how we observe, we create the possibility and the potential to shift the habitual ways we observe. This creates the possibility of changing limiting behavioural patterns. By becoming a new observer of ourselves and the systems in which we work, we can modify old interpretations that trap us in negative or destructive spirals that do not produce the outcomes we desire.
Our coaching, personal and organisational development programs and talks, widen your capacity to learn and to act, by expanding the observer that you are. Our programs challenge long held assumptions and unquestioned beliefs as well as explore fundamental questions about who we are, why we do what we do and how we can take more effective action in any environment. Our work is about enhancing your capacity for observation, effective action and attaining desired results in your personal life and in your organisations.
The foundations of our work can be found in numerous sources including:
Fernando Flores, Julio Ollala, Pat Grove, Victor Frankl, Jung, Peter Senge, Stephen Covey, Peter Druker, Anthony Robbins, and the many other teachers we come across daily.
